Overview
Innovate BC is a Crown agency of the Government of British Columbia dedicated to fostering innovation and technology development across the province. They needed a redesigned digital platform to better connect innovators, entrepreneurs, and funding opportunities.
The Challenge
The project required navigating complex stakeholder requirements across multiple government departments while maintaining accessibility standards and ensuring the platform served a diverse audience — from tech startups to rural small businesses.
The Approach
I led the wireframing and design phase, creating detailed user flows and low-to-mid fidelity wireframes that mapped out the entire platform experience. Every screen was designed with WCAG accessibility in mind and validated through stakeholder review sessions.
