Meshimer
Web traffic filtering platform for the US market
Role
Lead UI/UX Designer & Architect
Duration
8 months
Outcome
Complete platform redesign
Overview
Meshimer is a leading US-based web traffic filtering platform used by enterprises to manage, analyse, and optimise their digital traffic. The existing platform had grown organically over years, resulting in a fragmented user experience that was difficult to navigate.
The Challenge
The legacy interface suffered from information overload, inconsistent navigation patterns, and a steep learning curve that was causing churn among new users. Stakeholders across engineering, sales, and support all had different visions for the product.
The Approach
I started with extensive user research — interviewing power users, analysing support tickets, and running competitive audits. From there, I built the complete information architecture from scratch, created detailed wireframes for every flow, and developed high-fidelity prototypes that were tested with real users before handoff. Throughout the process, I maintained close communication with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.
Key Results
- Complete platform architecture redesigned from the ground up
- Full wireframe and prototype library delivered
- Stakeholder alignment achieved across 4 departments
- User onboarding time reduced significantly
- Design system established for consistent future development
