Overview
PilingBroker is a specialised marketplace focused exclusively on piling equipment and foundation machinery — a niche vertical spun off from the YellowAdvisor platform. It serves the deep foundation industry with targeted features for this specific equipment category.
The Challenge
While leveraging the YellowAdvisor design foundation, PilingBroker needed its own identity and specialised features for the piling industry — including technical specifications, certification displays, and industry-specific search parameters that general marketplaces don't support.
The Approach
I designed the complete marketplace experience while our agency handled development. The design extended the proven marketplace patterns from YellowAdvisor with piling-specific enhancements — detailed equipment spec sheets, certification badges, and specialised category navigation for the foundation industry.
